We ship to the United States, Europe (including the UK), Australia and New Zealand. Somewhere else? Email hello@quokkaplanet.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can send it.

You always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Every item is made only after you order it, so delivery time is production plus shipping:
- Production: usually 2–5 business days.
- Shipping to the US: typically 3–7 business days.
- Shipping to the UK and Europe: typically 4–10 business days.
- Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: typically 6–14 business days.
These are typical times, not guarantees. Public holidays and the weeks before Christmas can add a few days.
Where it is made
Your order is printed by a print partner in our production network (Printify). Where possible it is made at the facility closest to your address, which shortens the journey. If you order several items, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Customs, duties and taxes
Most orders are produced in or near the destination region, so customs charges are rare. If a parcel does cross a border, the import duties and taxes of your country may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices unless shown at checkout.
Address mistakes, lost and damaged parcels
- Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can usually correct it before production starts.
- If a parcel has not arrived within the times above, or the tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us and we will chase it.
- If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it for free. See Returns & reprints.
