Every Quokka Planet item is printed after you order it. That does not take away your right to change your mind: the same rules apply to every customer, wherever you live.
1. Changed your mind? 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the item, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day the last one arrives.
How to do it
- Tell us within the 14 days. Email hello@quokkaplanet.com or use the contact form with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. They should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them.
What it costs and what you get back
- You pay the cost of sending the item back.
- We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard shipping charge (if you return the whole order). If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard rate.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. We may wait to refund until the items arrive back with us, or until you show us proof of postage, whichever is first.
- If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond what was needed to try it on, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

2. Arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong? Free reprint
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, in the wrong size or colour you ordered, or not at all, reply to your order email (or write to hello@quokkaplanet.com) within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reprint and send it again for free. You do not need to send anything back. If a reprint is not possible, we refund you instead.
3. Your legal rights stay in place
These promises come on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. If you live in the EU, you also have a statutory warranty for goods that are faulty or not as described, for 2 years from delivery. Consumers in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the US have the protections of their own consumer laws, which this policy does not limit.
