These terms apply to every purchase from quokkaplanet.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & withdrawal and Privacy pages.
1. Who you are buying from
The seller is LÉNOSZ-KER Kft., Kossuth utca 6., 5538 Biharugra, Hungary, company registration number 04-09-15310 (Registry Court of Gyula), tax number 27928789-2-04, EU VAT number HU27928789, email hello@quokkaplanet.com. Quokka Planet is the name of our shop. Full details are on the Imprint page.
2. The products
All products are printed on demand: we make each item only after you order it. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the printed product, and printing on fabric can vary a little from item to item. Sizes and measurements are on each product page. Product photos are mock-ups that show the design on the product.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If VAT or another sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout too.
- Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are not included unless shown at checkout (see Shipping).
- You pay when you place the order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
- If we made an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before producing the order and you can cancel it for a full refund.
4. How the contract is made
When you place an order, you receive an automatic email confirming that we received it. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. The contract is in English. We keep a record of your order, and you can see it in the confirmation email and in your account if you have one.
If you notice a mistake in your order, email us straight away: we can usually change it before production starts (normally within a few hours of ordering).
5. Production and delivery
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then the parcel is shipped to the address you gave. Shipping areas, costs and typical delivery times are on the Shipping page. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you name.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How to do it, what it costs and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns & withdrawal page.
7. Faulty items and reprints
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we reprint it for free, with no need to send it back. Beyond this promise, consumers in the EU have a statutory warranty (legal guarantee of conformity) of 2 years from delivery; consumers elsewhere keep the rights their own consumer law gives them.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated. The launch code (20% off your first order) is valid until 3 November 2026.
9. The 3% promise
Three percent of every order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping and tax) is set aside for quokka habitat and conservation work, as explained on Our Promise. It is a voluntary commitment by us, not a charitable donation by you, and it is not tax-deductible for you.
10. Intellectual property
The designs and content on this site belong to LÉNOSZ-KER Kft. Buying a product gives you the item, not the right to copy or resell the design.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell and for the obligations in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
12. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to hello@quokkaplanet.com. We answer within 48 hours and aim to resolve every complaint within 30 days.
If we cannot agree, consumers living in the EU may turn to the conciliation body of our county: Békés County Conciliation Board (Békés Vármegyei Békéltető Testület), Penza ltp. 5., 5600 Békéscsaba, Hungary, or to the competent body or court of their own country.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
